First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you
don’t mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head
before writing. I have had difficulty clearing my
mind in getting my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing but
it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just
trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?

Sorry this took so long but to center and clear your head before writing I go outside into nature and listen and feel the wind, sun, birds (depending on the time of year). I obtain inspiration from things I see or experience. Get excited about something that you read, heard or smiled about and start putting down your thoughts on paper. Write about an experience you had. Put it in outline form first, that’s what I did. This exercise will help with the flow. Once it’s in outline form I know how to proceed and what I will write about for each section. Hope this helps!
